2011 JAN 12 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to a study from Hefei, People'srnRepublic of China, "In this paper a novel concept to design cement matrix composites thatrnexhibit high damping capacity as well as good mechanical performance around roomrntemperature was suggested. The hard Li5La3Ta2O12 ceramic particulates with high dampingrncapacity at room temperature were embedded as additives into cement matrix to form therncomposite materials."
