2011 APR 27 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to recent research from UttarrnPradesh, India, "Polycrystalline samples of BiFeO3 are synthesized at low temperature usingrnsol-gel technique. From the XRD analysis it is seen that crystallite size increases and the strainrnin the crystallites decreases with increasing sintering temperature."
