As BC Hydro and Power Authority continues to move forward in evaluating its Clean Power Call (CPC) according to its schedule and the Crown-owned utility has appointed an independent observer to monitor the request for proposals (RFP) process.rnBC Hydro has also reminded proponents about some obligations under the CPC that are relevant in the continuing evaluation of proposals.
