Belarusian Cloud Technologies (beCloud) has been granted LTErnfrequencies and an exclusive licence to build a national 4G network,rnaccording to the ICT Minister, Nikolay Panteley. The governmentrnhopes that building a single national network will save costs onrninfrastructure, with 4G services then offered on a wholesale basisrnto other operators. While BMI believes the move to create a singlernnetwork has some significant advantages for the country, we alsornidentify some key risks to the outlook.
