The Montenegro government announced it will set up a newnstate-owned telecoms operator, reports Dan. The announcementncomes after the government decided to establish an expertnteam that will be engaged in preparing a study on the project.nThe operator will aim to boost revenue in the state budget,nimprove the quality of service and enhance competitiveness. Itnwould also decrease expenses and generate employment. Thenstate-owned telecoms firm is due to be established by end-2013.
