Memory effect in Hi-Fi audio transistor amplifiers

Dear Sir - the Lavardin Technologies IT Hi-Fi amplifier was introduced in 1997 and has achieved worldwide recognition as an amplifier with incomparable performance. Lavardin claim the performance was achieved by the removal of memory effect from their design. I have checked with five of the major manufacturers of high performance audio transistors and none of them know anything about memory effects in silicon. I have attached two papers from the Audio Engineering Society (AES) describing memory effect and its measurement.
