Numerical Simulation of ESWL with Single-pulse and Dual-pulse Based on 2D Unstructured Grid CE/SE Method

摘要

This research focused on the pressure of the single-pulse and dual-pulse of ESWL (Extracorporeat Shock Wave Lithotripsy). And both results were compared and analyzed. Based on the 2D axisymmetric Euler equations and hybrid grids improved CE / SE numerical scheme, the pressure field was simulated in the case of water is the pressure transmission medium. Using the pressure field of shock wave lithotripsy simulated, single-pulse and dual-pulse pressure values near the focus were compared. A Great negative pressure was occurred after the positive pressure near the focus. Furthermore, dual-pulse pressure was about twice of the single-pulse near the focus. The simulation results provided a reliable numerical simulation result for the design and application of ESWL lithotripter.%Badano możliwości jedno- i dwupulsowej litotrypsji (techniki rozbijania kamienia nerkowego).
