Different Ka-band antenna designs optimized for LTCC technology were studied. With the help of finite element method spiral, patch and horn antennas were simulated. Calculated VSWR, radiation pattern cross section and axial ratio for described designs are presented. It was shown that the most suitable LTCC design for antenna array in Ka-band is horn antenna.
