Dual Charge Pump DC-DC Multilevel Boost Converter

摘要

An extra-high voltage gain, non-isolated dual charge-pump DC-DC multilevel boost converter is described in this paper. The proposed converter circuit is divided into two parts: dual charge-pump switched-inductor cell and a multilevel converter. A detailed analysis of operating modes and characteristics of the converter were presented and verified by the experimental results of the prototype circuit when operated at 20 kHz switching frequency with 12V input voltage, and 100W power.
