摘要

Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) play an important role in electronic system design. For academic purposes or small budget projects, FPGAs are an extremely convenient solution, especially because of their short programming times. Brushless DC motors have high moment/current and high moment/inertia ratios. Robust construction, high efficiency and low maintenance increase the application reach of BLDC motors. In this study, a brushless DC motor driver design and application were implemented using BZK.SAU.FPGA microcomputer. A standard parallel port interface was designed and added to the microcomputer architecture for controlling peripheral devices. The circuit supplying the necessary electrical power for the motor was designed with Mosfets in the form of a three-phase bridge. Motor control was implemented by a program code for the BZK.SAU.FPGA and, also as an alternative, by a hardware controller designed at logic level.
