Quantum statistical-mechanical interactive method in image restoration

We introduce a quantum Markov random field model which has a quantum fluctuation instead of a thermal fluc- tuation as a new type of fluctuation and propose an iterative algorithm for image restorations from the standpoint of quantum statistical mechanics. Local minimum configura- tions can be avoided due to this quantum fluctuation and a mean-field iterative algorithm can be constructed in a quan- tum statistical-mechanical sense.
