Featuring both an SPI and MICROW-IRE bus interface, the LM95172Q digital temperature sensor monitors automotive system temperatures up to 175℃ and delivers ±1℃ accuracy between 130° and 160℃. The device is manufactured on an automotive-grade flow that meets AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification requirements. The part offers a 16-bit sigma-delta ADC, fast conversion rate of 35 ms, and a resolution of 0.008℃/ LSB. The device also includes a temperature switch as well as self-diagnosis to ensure safe, continuous operation.
