Single-input Measurements For Wimax Wave 2

For the latest WiMAX designs, Wave 2 adds multichannel transmission schemes in the form of space time coding (STC) and multiple-input/multiple-output (MIMO). STC and MIMO multiple-transmitter techniques can provide significant improvement in system performance in some environments, but their mul- tiple channels present special challenges to the design engineer. It is often assumed that multiple-input analysis capability is required to characterize the performance of these multichannel transmissions.
