Isolated RS-485 transceiver integrates isolated power

The LTM2881 isolated RS-485 transceiver module features inductive signal isolation and a low-EMI dc/dc converter that powers the transceiver and provides an isolated 0.5-W 5-V supply output. The module breaks ground loops by isolating the logic-level interface and line transceiver, allowing for a much larger common-mode voltage range plus superior >30-kV/μs common-mode transient rejection.
