Suited for aerospace and military applications, the ML Series 0603-size ceramic inductors have a high-temperature encapsulant that allows operation in temperatures from -55° to 155℃. The inductors offer values from 47 nH to 22 pH, with a MTBF of 1 billion hours. Q ratings are to 50 at 250 MHz and SRF to 16 GHz.
