The 1-V F200 series oscillator draws 2.5 mA across the 1.8 to 32-MHz frequency range and 3.5 mA from 32.1 to 50.0 MHz - suiting it for a wide range of environments with minimal air circulation, such as compact con-rnsumer electronics and weather-proof enclosures. Housed in a 2.5 × 2.0-mm package, the part also offers a standby function that reduces the current consumption to 5 μA.rnStabilities range from ±20 to +100 ppm across an operating temperature range of -10° to 70℃, with ±25 through ±100 ppm stabilities available across an extended temperature range of -40° to 85℃.
