The SiT8503 is offered as the first ki-lohertz frequency silicon MEMS oscillator for audio, microcontroller, and high-reliability industrial applications. The part offers programma-rnble support for any frequency between 200 kHz and 1,000 kHz (with accuracy up to five decimal places) and consumes less than 10 uA in standby mode.rnAdditional features include configurable operating voltages of 1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3 V and configurable frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25,rn±30, or ±50 ppm.
