The EREBUS technology implements buck (step/down) dc/dc converters operating from -55° to 225℃. It can step input voltages from 12 to 50 V down to an output voltage adjustable from 10% to 90% of the input.rnThe EREBUS technology includes two reference designs and a demonstration board. The buck converters demonstrate 85% efficiency abovern200℃, and when configured as a synchronous dc/dc converter, it operates in continuous-current mode at a constant frequency.
