Recently added to the integraMate ICS series, the 0.031-in. ICS40 hyperboloid contacts suit high-reliability mil/ aero, medical, and industrial connectors or cable assemblies. The contacts accept 0.40-mm diameter pins and use a 6-wire hyperboloid cage. Featuring a life of up 100,000 cycles, the contacts also have a 1-Arnnominal current rating and < 8.0-mΩ contact resistance. Solder cup, crimp barrel, or prinred-circuit-tail terminations are available. The contacts are also available in sizes that accept 0.45-, 0.5-, and 0.6-mm pins.
