Tiny single-chip solution accelerates AISC implementations

摘要

Base stations sizes have been reduced dramatically over the last few years and the need to compress circuit size has been increased. The MAX9947 AISG-com-pliant transceiver from Maxim Integrated Products addresses that need directly by packing a transmitter, receiver, and active filters into a 3 × 3-mm TQFN package that is 100 times smaller than discrete solutions. Itrnsimplifies the implementation of AISG-compliant base stations and tower-mounted equipment by using a common solution.
