With models available for 8, 10, and 13 GHz bandwidth WaveLink scopes, the Dxx30 Series differential probes offer a high input dynamic range of 3.5V_(pk-pk) and large offset range of ±4V, suiting them for measuring high-speed DDR signals, such as DDR3, DDR4, and LPDDR3. The probes are available as modular components or complete systems.
