Piezoelectric MEMS oscillators enable high-performance apps

Offered as the world's first piezoelectric MEMS (pMEMS) oscillators for high-performance applications, the 4M series feature less than 1 ps of jitter and are an ideal replacement for traditional 6-pin crystal-based oscillators. These LVDS/LVPECL parts are based on the company's CrystalFree pMEMS resonator technology, which enables the company to rapidly factory-program the desired output frequency without the need to fine-tune expensive crystals.
