100-W in 1/16-brick offers 92% efficiency

The 100-W ULS series of regulated dc/dc converters target distributed or intermediate bus power architectures. They deliver up to 100 W from an industry standard sixteenth-brick package and provide 92% efficiencies on the 12-Vout model and 91% on the 3.3- and 5-Vout models. The dc/dc converter modules feature an input voltage range from 36 to 75 V, meet the insulation requirements of EN60950 up to 2,250 Vdc, and provide remote on/off control, overtemperature protection, over-current protection, and input-under-voltage protection.
