Socket handles extreme temperatures

The SBT-QFN-4016 socket addresses high-performance requirements for 0.5-mm-pitch devices. The contactor is a stamped spring pin with 31-g actuation force/pin and cycle life of 500,000 in-sertions. The contactor's self inductance is 0.88 nH. It features an insertion loss of <1 dB at 15.7 GHz and capacitance of 0.097 pF. The current capacity of each contactor is 4 A.
