With new ideas for using current and projected Internet technologies tumbling out about as fast as the applications can be developed, it is hardly surprising anymore what people imagine messaging will look like in the next couple of years. Think about this one: Messaging as a way to change consumer behavior and create greater efficiencies in commerce, and therefore in the world at large.
