1. Although heavy fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in the summer of 2006 led the Israeli MoD to re-examine its decision to exit the program, the government once again decided to take a pass. 2. Israeli MoD has stated desire to support development of Rafael-produced Iron Dome system, thus removing perhaps MTHEL's greatest potential customer base. 3. U.S. Army maintains RDT&E budget line for MTHEL but includes no actual dollars.
