CONTROL OF THE SWITCHING OF A BRUSHLESS MOTOR USING ROTATIONAL EMF SIGNALS

The functional scheme of a brushless motor switching control system using rotational e. m. f. Signals is given. The scheme enables one to eliminate the rotor position sensor as a motor design unit. A description of the system operating principles and the conditions required to realize it are given. Equ- ations for synthesizing a logic device which generates control pulses for the keys of a semiconductor switch using signals of rotational e. m. f. Are derived.
