摘要

The technical and economic problems involved in setting up parallel operation of the Integrated Power System (IPS) of the Trans - Caucasus region with the power pool of Turkey are considered in a project to establish a power pool of the countries of the black and Caspian sea basins. Optimization of the circuits and operating conditions of the electrical networks of the Trans-Caucasus IPS are considered to provide scope for the export of electric power from the power pool to Turkey.
