摘要

An efficient numerical algorithm for searching for the limiting operating conditions of power systems for aperiodic and oscillatory static stability is presented. The algorithm is based on calculating the entire spectrum of eigenvalues of the system state matrix at each step of the process of increasing the loading conditions in the power system. A combination of two methods is proposed for calculating the parameter describing the severity of operating conditions. It lis shown that two oscillatory stability limits can exist for a single adjustment of the automatic excitation regulator.
