Atkore International Expands in Cable Tray with Purchase of United Structural Products

Atkore International Group Inc., Harvey, IL, has acquired the assets of United Structural Products, LLC (USP), Atlanta, a manufacturer of welded aluminum and engineered-to-order cable trays. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. USP will continue operating at their current location under their flagship brand US Tray. USP co-owners Dana Black and Tom Meredith will remain with the company.
