Lapp India: cables and connectivity solutions provider implements Lean Methodology across its operations in India

Lapp India, a wholly owned subsidiary of German based Lapp Group is implementing Lean Methodology across its operations in India, as a part of the global initiative taken by the parent company to enhance efficiency of operations in all its manufacturing plants and sales organisations of which India is a significant contributor. Referred to as the Lapp Operation System (LOS) in the organization, Lean Methodology will enable the enterprises to generate products and services for the customers within shortest time, by eliminating redundant activities involved in manufacturing and support functions.
