Enamelled copper and Aluminium Winding Wires

Sterling India are the manufacturers of Super Enamelled copper and Aluminium Winding Wires. In the Plant, production of wires is done by totally automated European machines with automated spool changeovers using robotic arm. They produce Wires on Italian Plants with in-line wire drawing. The dyes and toolings are European. The No. of Pases they have are 17, hence the pass built up is 3 micros as against 7 microns on conventional machines. This results in higher BDV and almost nil pinholes. Every Spool is barcode, labelled with computersied weighing system ensuring traceability and accuracy in weight.
