ALSTOM India Ltd names a new Vice Chairman and MD

Alstom the world's leading energy solutions and transport company, appointed Patrick Ledermann as the new Vice Chairman and Managing Director of ALSTOM India Limited wef October 2012. He takes up the position, previously held by Francois Carpentier, who has moved to the company's HQ in France. He is also appointed the Regional Vice President Global Power Sales (GPS) India Region, which includes Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
