Clare Instruments is supplying an advanced HAL tester to Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) to help the company improve the accuracy and reliability of its productrncommissioning procedures.rnThe HAL can undertake a wide range of electrical tests on the sub-station control and protection panels produced by BBES and then provide detailed analysis of each individual panel, including performance and outputs.
