Trsnsmission rates up to 10 Gbit/s

An RJ45 Category 6 Ethernet module that allows transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s has been added to the Han-Modular(R) Series of industrial connectors from HARTING. The mechanical stability of the new RJ45 Ethernet module allows it to be used in applications with high mechanical demands. The module is executed as a gender changer on the socket side so that inserting a commercially available RJ45 patch cable is all that is needed to make the connection. Two Category 6 solutions are available on the male connector - a field installable version with an RJ industrial interface and a module that is capable of accommodating corresponding HARTING patch cables.
