I have studied the comments by A.J. Gil and J.A. Martin. The confusion arising out of [1] is due to typing error in Table 1 a under the heading tie switch (closed), switch #33 was typed in place of switch #37. In order to clear up the situation, revised Tables la, lb and 2 are presented. Also the network directed graph after reconfiguration (Fig. 4 in [1]) confirms that there was a typo. Presented tables neutralize the claims raised in [2] that the solution given in the paper [1] is worse than in the literature and the conclusions given in [1] are invalid.
