ENERGY STAR AWARDS

Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy have presented 14 shareholder-owned electric power companies with Energy Star awards for their outstanding contributions to reducing greenhouse gas emissions through energy rnefficiency: "Energy efficiency grows more important each year," says Tom Kuhn, president ofrnEdison Electric Institute. "And this year's winning Energy Star electric companies have taken extraordinary steps to deliver the benefits of energy efficiency to their customers.
