Everyone knows the 3 R's of education-Reading, 'Riting and 'Rithmetic, right? We recognize these as the building blocks of learning. CS Week, the utility customer service education conference that delivers the information working professionals need, takes a cue from the three R's but adds a qualitative flair. When we think of the 3 R's, CS Week applies them to the many venues of the weeklong conference.
