Laboratory-based coursework in parallel processing using the transputer

摘要

The design of a low cost, target transputer system is described, along with code development facilities, that allows the concepts of parallel processing to be taught in a practical manner. Outlines of eight graded exercises are also included as an indication of how the system might be used in an undergraduate laboratory.
