InfraCo Africa is a donor-funded privately managed infrastructure development company which aims to stimulate greater private sector investment in infrastructure projects in sub-Saharan Africa, thereby contributing to the reduction of poverty. Acting as principal it develops early stage opportunities to the point where they can be sold to commercial investors at financial close. It is funded by the multi-donor Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG).
