Velvet is the first oven to be fitted with controls using Touch Screen technology and software that can be updated with a USB device. The control panel operates numerous functions including the opening of the door and baking programmes, either preset or manual. The USB connection makes it possible to update the software, import and export recipes or upload images to customise the display.
