30 YEARS AND GOING STRONG

At the 2016 Milan Furniture Fair, Luceplan is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Costanza, an iconic lamp designed by Paolo Rizzatto in 1986. As the Milanese company's first great commercial success, the lamp is based on an elementary yet brilliant idea - the elegant revisitation and paring down of the classic lampshade. Formal simplicity is combined with highly innovative technological features, such as the structural nature of the polycarbonate diffuser and the sensor dimmer switch. Celebrations begin with an advertising campaign, a photo of 150 lamps forming the number 30, a video installation and an event during the Fair.
