Theorem about Electron Energy in Many-Electron Atoms in Biological Molecules

The solution of the problem about the energy E_(nN) for TV electrons of the outer shell of a many-electron atom is formulated, which comes to finding the energy of one electron E_(n1) in a hydrogen-like atom, in which the effect of the remaining N- 1 electrons and underlying electron layers consists in shielding the positive charge of the nucleus. This approach was formulated earlier within the framework of the quantum-mechanical variational method. The use of quantum mechanics made it possible to find electron energies for the outer shells of many-electron atoms and their ions of the second period of the Mendeleev periodic table. The computed energy values coincide with the experimental data with an accuracy of ～0.5%.
