Multipurpose Valves: Triple duty or triple threat?

As I sit here in Wisconsin writing this article, we are fully in the middle of a winter storm, the first real storm of the season. You know - the one that newscasters predict days ahead of time will be the 'mother of all storms.' You can tell it is a slow news week in the Upper Midwest when 4-7 inches of snow with a half-inch of ice on top is a significant weather event. It started as snow early this morning, is currently sleeting (sounds like the house is getting sandblasted) and later tonight will change to freezing rain. Three forms of water in one storm - a real 'triple-duty' storm. Ah, winter is finally here, and I hope the snow thrower is up to it!
