IEA: Early Signs of an Energy Technology Revolution

The International Energy Agency (IEA) has released its new study Energy Technology Perspectives (ETP) 2010. The report highlights the early signs of an energy technology revolution it says is under way across the globe to tackle climate change. The study concludes, however, that much more needs to be done to achieve the necessary long-term cuts in carbon dioxide emissions.
