Professor Richard So and Professor Pen-Cheng Wang, the Editors-in-Chief of Displays, will retire from their roles with the journal on 31st December 2020. Professor So and Professor Wang took over the journal in January 2015. As the Editors-in-Chief, Professor So and Professor Wang have dedicated themselves to the dissemination of high-quality research and has further increased its impact in the community. They established a series of special issues which were edited by leading experts under their direction in areas such as Visually Induced Motion Sensations, Smart Content-Oriented Display Technology, Sonification of Real-time Data, etc.
