摘要

By applying OD methodology to an organizational change project there is the potential to challenge the reason why an organization following an economic agenda exists in the first place. Perhaps the dominance of the economic agenda is under threat. Our world is on the cusp of a shift in thinking regarding the challenges that face humanity. In this era of turbulent change, OD is uniquely placed in regards to its humanistic value system, its recognized effectiveness and its growing popularity, to have a fundamental role in changing societal, ideological and organizational norms.
