New fund set to take testing and monitoring to the base of the pyramid

Mazarine Ventures is looking to achieve first close on a new fund called Bluehouse Investments, which will provide $5 million of equity to bring innovative water testing and monitoring solutions to communities at the base of the pyramid. Over the next five years, the fund aims to take minority equity stakes in ten growth-stage companies, with capabilities ranging from water quality testing to satellite imagery for forecasting flood events.
