INNOVATIVE RESEARCH ON URBAN RENEWAL OPERATION MECHANISMAND EVOLUTION:BASED ON ECOLOGICAL THEORY

Urban renewal is the only way for the existence, development and maturity of a city, and there are few reports on the research on the operating mechanism of urban renewal. Based on the in-depth investiga-tion of domestic and foreign literature, combined with ecological theory, this paper conducts in-depth research on the operation mechanism and evolution of urban renewal. The research results show that the internal factors that affect the occurrence of urban renewal are from the transformation of urban re-newal goals, the reform of the land system and the transformation of government functions. Finally, this article puts forward the strategies and methods ofur-ban renewal in the new era based on the current de-velopment of the city, and points out that the opera-tion of urban renewal should develop in harmony with the ecological environment protection.
