RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENERGYCONSUMPTION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN CHINABASED ON BIG DATA

After a short period of stagnation in the Chi-nese economy, how to achieve the dynamic and coordinated development of regional economic growth and energy consumption is a key issue for China to continue to promote the construction of ecological civilization and achieve green and sus-tainable development The problem of energy shortage is becoming increasingly prominent, ener-gy consumption and the economy The relationship between growth has always been a hot issue.This paper selects indicators such as energy consumption and economic growth from 2002 to 2019 to estab-lish a regression model. The results show that:energy consumption and economic growth have a two-way causal relationship; energy consumption and economic growth are mutually important fac-tors. China's energy consumption is positively cor-related with economic growth. There is a close relationship between energy consumption and eco-nomic growth. If energy consumption decreases, GDP will also decrease.Finally, policies and sug-gestions to promote the coordinated development of energy consumption and economic growth are put forward.
